• Size: Items returned due to incorrect size can be exchanged for a different size, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs.
• Damage: Items returned due to defect or damage will be replaced with a new item, with shipping costs covered by us.

• Items must be new and unused.
• Tags and labels must be attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Having a receipt or proof of purchase will expedite the return process.

Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We understand that sometimes you might need a different size for an item. While we don't currently offer exchanges for other variations (color, style, etc.), we do accept exchange requests for size.

Exchange Window:

Exchange Process:

4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process and ship the replacement within 10 business days.

Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in our Refund Policy. This policy applies to situations where you wish to receive a refund for an item purchased from our store.

Refund Window:

• Refunds requested within 4 days of placing your order will be issued at 80% of the original purchase price.
• Refunds requested between 5 and 7 days of placing your order will be issued at 65% of the original purchase price.

We suggest against sending requests for orders that have already been shipped and received.
