Return Window:

• Size: Items returned due to incorrect size can be exchanged for a different size, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs.
• Damage: Items returned due to defect or damage will be replaced with a new item, with shipping costs covered by us.

Condition of Returned Items:

• Items must be new and unused.
• Tags and labels must be attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Having a receipt or proof of purchase will expedite the return process.

2. Explain the reason for your return and provide your order number.

Custom Orders:

• Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All sales are final.

Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We understand that sometimes you might need a different size for an item. While we don't currently offer exchanges for other variations (color, style, etc.), we do accept exchange requests for size.

Exchange Window:

• You may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Exchange Process:

3. Explain the reason for your exchange and provide your order number.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process and ship the replacement within 10 business days.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs both to return the item to us and for the shipment of the replacement item.

Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in our Refund Policy. This policy applies to situations where you wish to receive a refund for an item purchased from our store.

Refund Window:

• You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds requested within 4 days of placing your order will be issued at 80% of the original purchase price.
• Refunds requested between 5 and 7 days of placing your order will be issued at 65% of the original purchase price.

We suggest against sending requests for orders that have already been shipped and received.

Reasons for Refund:

We will grant a refund if:

• The item you received is incorrect or damaged.
• You are not satisfied with the item (within the timeframe specified).

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy (e.g., item is used, tags are removed, etc.).
